SEPTEMBER 2012 PHONICS BEGINNER, STORY READING AND READING (WEEK ONE)

This week, on our phonics beginner, children learn about numbers (3 and 4). During the singing session, they sang “six little ducks” song. After that, the teacher guided them to make a “butterfly masquerade”.

On our story reading class, children were learning a topic which about “learn from right and wrong”. During activity session, children have to wring the mistakes that had done before. This activity, we meant to train children to think and try to understand the mistakes that have done, and correct it in more proper ways. After that, each of them has to come out on the stage and read the story, because we want to enhance their reading and confidence level.


在故事阅读课堂上,孩子们学了关于从错误中学习的文章。过后, 老师要求他们写关于自己的小故事。他们得写下他们过去的错误,和他们怎样从错误中学习。在课堂结束前,每位小朋友需要在抬上阅读有关文章,从中我们可以锻炼他们的阅读能力和自信心。



On our reading session, the teacher gave them “dream” articles. After that, children have to write something about their dream (realistic and unrealistic dream). This is because; we want them to make a clearer picture about what is real and what is an unrealistic thing. After the activity session, the children shared their stories. Due to the children had performed very well, so I gave them some art and craft activity as their rewards.


在阅读的课堂上,孩子们学了关于的文章。在活动中, 孩子们写下关于他们真实于不真实地梦。这是因为我们要他们能够区别什么是真实,什么是假想。过后,孩子们需要向前分享他们所写的故事。由于他们表现的相当好,所以老师奖励他们做一些手工活动。
