PHONICS BEGINNER, STORY READING AND READING WEEKEND SESSION (WEEK 3)

This week, the children had learned about family words (Bl and Cl).

Through, this session, we want children to master some easy phonics chunk words.

Besides, word family also a simple and fast way to learn new words and pronunciation.

After that, I gave them a short game to list down all the family word they had mastered.



这星期, 孩子们学了相似拼音(BLCL)。

通过这堂课, 孩子们将学会一些简单的英文拼音。

相似拼音可让孩子们以最简单的方法和技巧来学习新的词汇。

最后, 老师给孩子们小小的游戏来测试他们对这堂课学知多少。


In the storytelling session, the children had learned about the body, they have to learn the specific word part of their body.

After that, I had given them a short spelling in order to assess their understanding and recognition towards new words that they had learned.


在故事阅读的课堂上, 孩子们学了有关身体的部分。

孩子们得认知人体的部位特别名称。

过后, 老师给他们小小的听写, 这是为了确认孩子们的理解能力。



In the reading session, before I started my class, I gave children to learn about word family, this is because; the children have difficulty in pronouncing certain words.

They learned bl and cl and its proper pronunciation.

After that, I gave them “thinking machine” article, they learned about the function of the human brain.

While in the activity session, they have to list down the function of the human brain. 


在上课前, 老师给孩子们学一些简单的相似拼音,这是以为一些小朋友对一些英文生字的发音不是很熟悉。

过后, 老师给孩子们阅读有关“思维机器”的文章。 通过这个文章,孩子们学到有关人脑的功能。
